Bar Exam Format
The exam lasts 2 days. On day 1, 15 state law questions are given. On day 2, the Multistate Bar Exam is administered. Click here for more information about AmeriBar's Multistate Bar Review Course.
Bar Exam Scoring Information
The MBE and state scores are averaged. 135 is a passing score (scaled). If an applicant scores a 150 on the MBE, the applicant will pass the exam provided a good faith effort was made on the state day.

Michigan Bar Exam Pass Percentage

Bar Exam MBE Reciprocity
Will accept MBE scores from exams taken in last three years from a reciprocal state (applicant must have passed entire bar exam).
